Laura is an Arizona-licensed employment attorney and certified human resources professional who primarily works with smaller employers in Yavapai County to help them comply with the sea of employment laws.  She prepares workplace policies and employee handbooks; provides legal guidance on difficult employee issues; conducts management and employee training; performs compliance audits; conducts workplace investigations; and other employment-related services.  Her goal is to establish proactive measures for her clients to keep them out of court.  (Laura does not handle litigation.)

Laura has more than 25 years of experience working for three nationwide corporate retailers as in-house labor and employment counsel and vice president of human resources.  She earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Juris Doctor degrees from Arizona State University.  Laura also maintains two human resources certifications.
